Front desk help was decent. I was seen by a nurse and then a doc fairly quickly. The doc was fast, a quick listen of my lungs. Bronchitis diagnosed. Antibiotics & prednisone prescribed, a chest X-ray was optional. However, the doc didnu2019t notice my conjunctivitis, which was pretty severe, until I stopped him and asked to take another look at my eyes. He then said, oh yeah, Iu2019ll prescribe you eye drop antibiotics too. In and out pretty quickly which was ideal when youu2019re feeling as sick as I was. Overall maybe not a 5, but a solid 4 stars. Fyi, Cough persistent enough that I went back for an X-ray 2 days after this appointment, which turned out to be clear. This was also a quick in-and-out visit. Stay healthy!

Front desk is kind. Doctors were kind of chuckling at me for some unknown reason. I paid $225 for a rapid flu and Covid test and to have my blood pressure taken. Thatu2019s literally it.nnSave yourself time & money. Unless you like doctors generally not taking an interest in your health

This past Sunday I went to city MD in Astoria and when I walked in they said there was a flood. I heard the staff talking that the water was from the toilets. I waited around to see what would happen and no one came to clean. They just kept seeing patients. I watched the staff and patients walked through contaminated water. I was so repulsed I left. Never again will I go and I am reporting you to the department of health. This is unsanitary and you obviously don't care about the safety of your staff or patients. Next time I'm just going to a different urgent care. This is disgusting.

I went today to our office and I received a message for the results for my son and I called the Customer Service very horrible Attitude She doesnu2019t understand what Iu2019m talking about. She just give Random answer !! I tried to explain to her two different chart from my daughter and my son only diferentes one letter she keep said Anything else? And also I ask the Dr to describe for medication for my son. He has a fever !! He describe medication for the Adults is not covered by Insurance I called back again, and I said, can you change the medication because no covered by Insurance and he said you can take a IbuprofenI cannot allow me to write Ibuprofen or Tylenol as a prescription !! The, only your Dr. He can write so excuse me who you are.?? I always go with my three kids in this place. since when they open in the first time. I never have an issue but today they too much that why I give one star !!!!
