I would like to give your Staff Member Martha a huge huge thank you and a 5 star review u2b50u2b50u2b50 u2b50u2b50!She is by far the kindest and most caring health care worker I've had in a long time. She is extremely patient and kind and tries her best to make the patient comfortable and relaxed during the visit or procedure.. even going out of her way to get a mini fan and crackers/juice for an anxiety attack. 2nd update : Pat in registration must've been having a rough day, yesterday. I had to go back for more treatment and she was warm and inviting, and showed concern.MARTHA REMAINS AN ANGEL u2764ufe0f (aka Sissy).My nurse Jenn , as well. Very gentle and understanding.Update: Sissy, Sarah, Olivia and Kim are angels in scrubs and deserved to be treated as such. 5stars plus for them.'m here and waiting for a work related injury, and I've been to this facility a few times.The providers are kind and patient,Pat O. in registration? Not so much.She kept interrupting me, spoke to me like I'm an idiot, and by the end of the registration process, I basically stopped talking to her entirely.I'm a former medical assistant and phlebotomist, a trained and registered medical cannabis agent and manufacturer. I'm not an idiot, yet she must've mistaken me for one.Just because you work in an urgent care facility, it doesn't give you a right to put your hand up to shush me. This is not 1999, and I will not talk to the hand. She did this three times during our little talk. Very rude.Not cool at all.

Iu2019m not usually the type to leave reviews, or even negative reviews at that. BUT, after this last u201cvisitu201d, itu2019s safe to say iu2019ll NEVER be back here again. In the past, i gave this place the benefit of the doubt, even after several interactions where the level of care they provided me left me questioning their capabilities and leaving me dissatisfied. Depending on the level of your condition, i extremely recommend going somewhere else for care. Itu2019ll save you time and energy. I'd say more about my experience, however this place doesn't deserve the opportunity to take my criticism positively, especially after this last visit.

They will take advantage of you. I asked them if they could take care of a toe issue I had. They assured me I had. Finally after waiting 3 hours the PA (Who was rude and unprofessional), informed me they could do nothing for me and they would be billing my insurance, just for her to walk in and tell me they couldnu2019t do it. Not to mention the place was filthy inside. I would recommend going anywhere but a Southcoast Center.
