I have to brag on the Hopkins County Minor Emergency Center by Atwoodu2019s in Sulphur Springs for a second. Seriously, they were on their game, even though we got there 30 minutes before closing today and they continued to treat me an hour after closing. I donu2019t know that NPu2019s name, all I know is sheu2019s a really sweet lady from Buffalo, NY and she has short, wavy, dark hair. She showed genuine concern for me like never before. I was having trouble breathing and I was seen quickly. Everyone was spectacular. I donu2019t think many people know about this clinic because itu2019s kind of tucked off in a corneru2026 but theyu2019re a heck of a lot cheaper than the ER.

By far the best experience Iu2019ve ever had in a hospital or urgent care. Nurse Practitioner Andrea Gordhammer treated everything. She was friendly and patient and really helpful. I couldnu2019t be happier I made the trip.

They won't leave me alone. Months after visiting (and paying) they keep sending me texts, emails and mail about owing a payment. Theh even went as far as calling me 9 times in one hour. Back to back. I barely declined the call before they called back.

Staff is Rude as hell, the office is so dirty and filled with dust. They treat people worst than you can even imagine. Front desk lady is always staring as if you owe her money
