I was greeted by a friendly intake person upon my arrival and quickly checked in. My wait time was not very long. I did not have to fill out intake paperwork since I also go to a TGH affiliated clinic for my primary care, which was awesome. The provider that saw me listened to me and got me through the process quickly. It is very helpful that this visit is added to my patient care file for my primary care team to see I was here for easy tracking and follow up if needed without having to track down records, etc.

I sliced through 3 fingers with a hedge trimmer and showed up 7 minutes before closing time. The staff got me in immediately for stitches. Tonya Hanley and Emily were the ladies who took care of my urgent need. They worked quickly, were very kind, and did an incredible job! The fact they stayed after hours to take care of me and had amazing attitudes was exemplary. These women are angels. Thank you so much!

My 8 year old son was sick and I was able to easily make an appointment online, even though you can also walk in. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist and we were seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The staff was wonderful, professional, and easy going. The nurse who saw my son put us at ease right away. It was a great experience all the way around.

I visited this urgent care for a medical concern and was disappointed with the overall experience, particularly with the female blonde doctoru2019s lack of bedside manner. Throughout the appointment, the doctor appeared rushed and impersonal, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. What was especially concerning was that my diagnosis and treatment plan were discussed with the exam room door wide open, compromising my privacy and confidentiality. Sensitive health information should never be shared within earshot of the waiting area or hallway. I hope the clinic takes steps to ensure more respectful, private, and compassionate care moving forward.

BAD EXPERIENCE !! Many of the people there were very kind to our daughter! We went for something minor, not too important... we were there for about 2 hours and honestly left quite disappointed with the treatment from the nurse practitioner acting as a doctor in urgent care, because there wasnu2019t even a real doctor there. She was quick and cold... and after taking some X-rays of our daughter, they couldnu2019t even give us the results and told us they would call us the next day. The place was dirty and had loud music, which was not appropriate for a healthcare center. The receptionist and the assistants were very kind. I will not be returning.
