First visit was great. Dr. Johnson & entire staff were wonderful. She listened to my concerns and really cared. Received the easiest flu shot and blood tests ever. Lady at front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I loved the staff and feel like I'm in much better hands than I ever did with previous provider. Highly recommend Dr. Johnson and the staff.nnOn 5/3/24 I had a regular appointment scheduled with Chelse Johnson. Felt horrible but thought I just was I'll from hernia I have. Macel, Chelse's nurse was concerned immediately because I was sweating & clammy. She took great care of me putting ice packs etc on me. They did EKG which didn't show much but Chelse knows me. She knew I was feeling terrible despite my claims I was fine. She wanted me to go immediately to ER although I was hesitant to go. She worried about me driving home to get my daughter to take me to ER but I live close. She walked me out. Wanted to call and ambulance but I said I could make it home. She wanted me to call her when I got there and let her know how I was. I did call her soon as we got to ER. Turns out it was my heart & if I hadn't got there ASAP Drs said I could have died before they did heart Cath and checked for blood clots. Drs, nurses & techs ALL told me I had angels looking out for me. I did. Their names are Chelse and Macel. Thanking them forever. They literally saved my life. Thanks seems really insufficient. I'll love these two wonderful caring ladies all my life. My children are so grateful to them too. I can't recommend them at Family Care Health in Barboursville highly enough. God bless them. BTW, Chelse is conservative. She doesn't just panic & send someone to ER randomly. She really was worried about me & saved my life.nnI also see Herberth Hernandez -Valles for behavioral health therapy. He is wonderful & has really helped me . He's compassionate, empathetic and really listens. He's given me tools & solutions that really help my depression and anxiety. I have seen many therapists over the years & he's truly the best. I highly recommend him.
