Iu2019ve been here a couple times only because I needed a doctors note after missing work from an illness. Today will be the last time because urgent care no longer back date doctors notes. Not to mention this specific location is notorious for being extremely slow. Two examples of situations of how slow this place is would be when I went about a year ago with ZERO people besides myself in the waiting room. It took them over an hour to be seen. Today, I waited almost 4 hours and payed a 60$ copay for essentially no reason in my particular situation. I had the stomach bug that caused a lot of vomiting and diarrhea so I mindfully did not go in the urgent care on the day I was very ill and because I unable to. Had I known they would not give me a note for the day I missed work I would have never gone and spent the 60$ on a copay I really didnu2019t need. Someone else could have waited an hour less had I not been there either. What a joke, sucked to be the punchline.

Tried to take my child today to be seen, got there at 7:39 they said they canu2019t take anymore patients even though the call service said as long as I got there before 7:45. Ashley T. the RN there was yelling from the desk as another RN was at the door but I couldnu2019t hear what she was saying over Ashleyu2019s T mouth and her face was so red. I worked as a RN at Inspira for over 10 years until I became an NP and have never and would never talk to a patient that way, she is definitely not following the ICARE model. Do better by your patients who are coming to your place during an already stressful time!

I had a virtual appointment with a doctor in Vineland urgent care which I made around 10am. Says on your web site cold and flu symptoms can use virtual appointment. 2.5 hours later I am told the doctor won't see me virtual and I have to come in. I would also have to wait in line for 1.5 hours approximately to see the doctor basically voiding my appointment I made. I feel like don't accept appointments if your not going to take them. No respect for my time or issues. Things they could of done different, let me talk to the doctor, squeeze me in when I get there like I've been in line since 10am cause I would of just gone in if virtual wasn't an option, and finally call me sooner to let me know to make other arrangements. Any of them would be the professional way to handle this situation and what they did was disrespectful and inappropriate.

Donu2019t got here as a self pay patient. Was told $200 would cover my visit and test and would receive a bill from the lab. Got a bill from the lab and an additional bill from inspira for more u201clab feesu201d totaling almost $1200 for an urgent care visit. The billing department is absolutely no help.

I went here today for shoulder pain after an injury at home. Dr. Delice ordered an Xray and prescribed an anti- inflammatory, steroid and muscle relaxer. I am feeling so much better after just a few hours. Thank you Dr. Delice and your team. Everyone exceeded my expectations. Total time: 1-1/2 hours. 5/5 u2b50ufe0f
