The wait was completely reasonable and every practitioner and staff member was kind and considerate. The time I had with the practitioner was short (as to be expected at an urgent care) but she was still thorough and covered all of her bases. I was happy to leave with a plan. I drove the extra miles to get here and it was worth it!

Went there today for long term bleeding. The girl front desk was so kind and compassionate. Then our wait was less than half hour. The nurses assistant was friendly and told us what the vitals was without having to ask. Then in comes Dr R Martin, well let me tell you she was so nice and caring. She took the time to listen after she asked a question then commented on what you said. She was professional and friendly throughout our visit.nnThanks Ladies

I had a very good experience at Express Urgent Care in Sun City, AZ I was very lucky to be able to get an appointment with Dr Darla Morales.nShe was very nice and very knowledgeable about Covid. After giving me the Covid test that came out positive, she was able to explain everything I needed to know and do with this diagnosis. She prescribed medicine to get rid of it.nShe was ready and able to answer any of my questions. What a great doctor she is.

Needed something quick before I had to go into work because I couldn't be seen by my PCP for another 2-3 weeks. Express Urgent Care had been recommended to me previously by friends. Called in and asked if they took my insurance, the girl over the phone was very polite and assured me they were not very busy if I went in right away. Needless to say I got in, got out very quickly. I saw Bridgette who assured me that it was a good thing I did not wait to see my PCP as it would've gotten much worse. She was very helpful just like everyone working that day. Within 24 hours I was already starting to feel so much better after suffering for almost a week. Just wanted to thank everyone there as I wish I could replace my PCP with this provider and office staff! Well done!

The staff was friendly and professional. I was diagnosed and treated quickly. Blood lab work was done and results given by phone the following morning, and a paper report was provided for my physician. The facility was clean and well equipped. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was their limited hours.
