I came in today for some serious sciatica pain and everyone was so friendly. The receptionist (I didnu2019t catch her name) was friendly. Jami and Misty the medical assistants were very sweet and answered all my questions. The nurse practitioner, Karen, was great and gentle during her physical exam and answered all my questions as well. Thank you ladies for helping me feel better! You are truly appreciated!

1 StarnI had a very frustrating experience with this medical provider. My blood labs were mishandled, which led to multiple unnecessary visits and repeated blood draws. Not only was this physically uncomfortable and a waste of time, but it also resulted in additional charges that should never have occurred in the first place.nnTo make matters worse, I received one call from the regional medical director, Dr. Tu2019anjuihsien Marx, while I was at work. When I returned the call just an hour later, he was suddenly unreachableu2014and has remained that way since. The lack of accountability and communication is incredibly disappointing.nnPatients deserve competent care and respect for their time and money. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
