This was the only place that was willing to figure out what was wrong with me. I went to the Dr.s for years and they brushed me off. Said I was depressed, had nothing wrong. Dr. Peter Zang or Chang. I forget his last name its been 3 years since I've seen him, but he tried. It took him a little bit to figure it out. He finally discovered I had an underactive thyroid. He put me on medication, but he wasn't specialized in that area so he referred me to an endocrinologist. I ended up having hashimotos disease, and while I still have bad days, my quality have life has changed now that I know what's wrong and could make the changes to my diet and take the right medication. My disease was pretty bad, my antibodies were out of control. I couldn't imagine where I would be if I was never diagnosed. 10 years of no one listening to me and telling me I was crazy. I truly appreciate him actually trying to find what was wrong. We need more Drs. Like him.

I'm very professional. Never chaotic. Ethical practice. Incredibly prompt. Patients are the ones that make it difficult. Doctors and staff.

I have been a patient with Family First for many years, besidesDr.Susan Nasser being the best Dr.on the planet there is someone else that needs a shout out. Tony is Dr.Nasser's guy who handels the prescriptions and insurances. Dr.Nasser prescribed me medicine that was working for me, but insurance felt I didn't need it and the cash price was not in my budget .2 week's after that news, Tony calls and says he had been dealing with my insurance and got them to approve it .This is something he chose to do .They had already said no .He got them to say yes. I will forever be grateful for Tiny .In my experiences there are not too many Tony 's out there .

I am so very happy to be having these wonderful people to be my new healthcare home. Everything goes smoothly. They manage the patients visits well, without having to wait long. They are very thorough and respectful throughout the visit. They are willing to talk and explain and answer your questions. Also, it is easy to contact the right person. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

I went there for an office visit and to refill my medicationu2019s. They forgot to send my refill prescriptions and made me go back for another office visit and drive 45 minutes to get them sent. They made a mistake with the intake of my information and didnu2019t get my prescriptions filled. The manager offered to waive my co-pay for the second visit due to the mistake. She lied I still had to pay the co-pay. Management there does not hold the staff accountable for their mistakes and offers fake reimbursements to the patient and doesnu2019t follow through. The Management there is awful.
