I chose this Urgent Care b/c a human answered the phone instead of a machine. They were helpful. I had little wait time, even though I was pretty much a walk-in, and the staff was courteous and, again, answered all my questions. I got a speedy diagnosis and treatment with prescriptions, and 24 hours later, I'm feeling significantly better. Thanks! Best experience I've had at one of these places.

After going to 2 other locations and wasn't able to be seen glad I was able to go in they accepted my insurance. They wanted insurance to cover at least 30 percent of deductibles so I had to pay extra. It was quick was expecting to take a COVID test after I was told the money paid would cover it but I guess. He check left ear and throat asked a few questions prescribed 3 medications and sent me on my way. Don't know how to feel about that so hopefully this surpass because I refuse to go to a hospital I probably want go back but everyone's experiences may be different you never know until you go yourself.

Great service at this urgent care.nFriendly front desk staff. Doctor that treated me was very kind. The nurse or assistant was exceptional. Iu2019d definitely consider this urgent care if thereu2019s a need .

Overall everyone was nice and I was in and out quickly. Only downfall is no one put in my prescription when I went to pick it up and I found that alarming seeing as I was the only patient there the entire time I was checking in and out.nnI took another star off as the hours are from 10-6pm. They need to update this on Google.

When I tell you, Iu2019m always in this urgent care due to having 5 kids and we all know when one gets sick they all come down like Jenga. I swear I would think these doctors, nurse practitioners and medical assistants would be tired of seeing me, but nope they are so kind to me and all my kids! My 6 year old even adores one of the medical assistants and calls her his beautiful girlfriend lol kids. Everyone at this office has been working here for years except one girl and she is the absolute sweetest as well! They have never not once been rude to us like some other urgent cares I refuse to name lol. Everyone here is so genuine and kind. In this world itu2019s so hard to find genuine people, yet here they are. Working daily to help people in need of care. The drs always call in medications right away, they are always very thorough. I love Ms. Dubose and Mr. Christian. She is the sweetest woman and very thorough with caring for you and your child. Now, Mr. Christian is a bit new but heu2019s an absolutely amazing Ph! My teens always say, u201comg mama that man smells soooo goodu201d lol so I guess I can say his hygiene is a 10 just like his work! Overall I give this urgent care u2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0f I literally refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to the healthcare of my children.
