My mother went here and the doctor was sarcastic while she was feeling awful! Very unprofessional! Insurance covered the cost but they still wanted her to pay out of her pocket. She contacted the insurance about her experience and how she had to pay when it was supposed to be fully covered. She filed reimbursement medical claim form that insurance company sent her

I had one of the worst experiences at this doctoru2019s office. I was treated with complete disrespect by one of the front desk staff, especially the Spanish-speaking lady with veneers. She was incredibly rude, impatient, and refused to even let me explain my situation. It felt like she assumed she knew everything without hearing me out, which made the whole experience extremely frustrating. Her attitude made it clear she has zero empathy, especially if youu2019re not a Spanish speakeru2014it feels ten times worse.nnThe rest of the front desk staff were kind and professional, but this one individual completely ruined my experience. If you value respect and good customer service, I 100% do NOT recommend this office.u201d

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.nThe two doctors I saw were absolutely incompetent. The doctor was more concerned about giving me a paps himself than addressing the actual concerns I came in about.nPaid for the in house medical insurance they offer, and was promised that all my bloodwork would be covered, only to turn around and have to pay out of pocket every time they decided they needed more bloodwork, which was only for specific things, not the full panel I asked for to begin with.nThe ladies in the office are friendly, especially Roxy! And the woman taking the bloodwork is very knowledgeable and professional.nThe wait time is ridiculous! Donu2019t set an appointment and expect to see seen at your appointment time, itu2019s NOT going to happen, ever.

Staff is always willing to help with patients needs. My Dr is Martha Fernandez. She is very knowledgeable and very compassionate. I have been with Jireh Medical Center for 11 years and I recommend this center to all my friends.

This office personal is rude, donu2019t speak English, never answer pharmacy calls. Doctors seem wanting to make money and not care about patients. If you have insurance forget going there, they donu2019t interested to provide care, only cash patients getting attention of or you need to pay upfront and wait for years to get reimbursed. Issuing medication without refills and if you didnu2019t show up every month doctors will send you away leaving you without meds. If you care about your health Do not go! Find another office to bring your needs and find doctors who will care!!
