Why canu2019t they figure out interior signage. How is it impossible to find the PCN?nnEdit: look for the Butler Pavilion, I have no idea why they stop using the PCN signs.nnAlright the signs stop before Elevator C on the first floor. Thereu2019s no sign saying to go down to floor C which is where the error is. The hospital just needs that one additional sign to clean up the confusion.

My second negative review in 2 weeks.nI don't know what's going on at this hospital, but incompetence seems to be the theme.nMy wife had an outpatient procedure scheduled for 0700. She wasn't even taken back to the waiting area until an hour after her appointment time. 90 minutes after that, and she's still waiting for the doctor to even show up. Who knows how much longer that'll take? Meanwhile, I drove her here and decided to wait because the procedure isn't supposed to take more than an hour tops. It's an hour round trip to go home and back, so I figured I'd save myself the hassle. If I'd known it was going to take this long, I would've gone home. Heck, I would've had enough time to make an appointment that was originally scheduled for me somewhere else, but I told them my wife had surgery that morning and I'd have to schedule for another day. Because of that, I have to wait an additional 4 days until their next opening.nImagine if my wife had been late to her appointment and the doctor had been on time, though. If she hadn't taken time off of work, I'd tell her to just leave and schedule her for a time when they can actually get her procedure done on time.nWhat a joke.nEdit: moments after somebody replied to my review, the doctor coincidentally showed up (3 hours late).nEdit 2: my wife asked just prior to the doctor arriving if he'd called in sick or was running late. The nurse told her he had been in the the entire time and probably heard what she asked.

I visited my friend in the hospital and there is absolute gross negligence happening in this hospital. I hope you all get sued for the incompetence and abuse that has taken place. Life altering circumstances for this person and the ONLY reason why he is alive today is because of his surgeon. His entire care team has been appalling. Absolutely NEGLIGENT,lazy, incompetent and has not treated my friend with one ounce of dignity. I hope they all get fired and lose their ability to practice medicine anywhere. I hope my friend sues the hell out of this hospital, you all made a bad situation worse. I haven't even started on the staff when entering the hospital that won't even acknowledge you are speaking to them. This entire experience has been a nightmare. My friend would have gotten better care in a 3rd world county or in a cave in Afghanistan. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANYTHING DON'T!! RUN THE OTHER WAY! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Recently had a family member taken to St Francis Emergency Services. What an experience, the one side of the nurses station was very professional and doing their work saving lives and helping families in need.nThe side we were at was like watching kids, they were loud, rude, obnoxious, lack of respect for the patience.nExample: there was activity that a 92 yr old patient with heart failure was inbound. Someone commented 92, thatu2019s too long Iu2019d be good at 72 and check out, another employee started laughing and then it was on, opinions and extremely insensitive remarks! What about any family or any decency and respect!nWe were given a wrong diagnosis and had left to make plans to take him to Atlanta for surgery since St Francis didnu2019t have the team to do this.nI left to go to Atlanta to prep and guess what, yep he didnu2019t go, where is he! They advised and actually glad to be out of that place.nA patient was vomiting suffering mental distress, she was loud-she is sick, so then a guy, Doctor, forms his hand into the duck beak makes a motion to his mouth like heu2019s gagging himself mimicking a sick and mentally ill patient!nI mentioned to a nurse that it was not appropriate to do that and she simply stopped laughing and walked away.nWhat a tragedy, this Hospital was a diamond in the rough back in the day, this is a direct reflection of either who we are as a society or how Human Resource's hires as to what HR thinks represent St FrancisnIf you have an option reconsider this place!

I am going to go with a 2 star review today. The staff were friendly, but if they say that insurance covers something, get full details. A take home sleep study is valued at $1000+. You go home, do the work yourself, and after insurance owe $300+ to be told u201coh well, mild sleep apneau201d. I know medical costs are not disclosed up front but come on. Do better.
