I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Verdin at Dagley Insurance during our move to a new state and purchasing a new home. He was absolutely incredible to work with! He was able to provide me new Home and Auto Insurance bundled coverage that was less than what I was paying just for my auto insurance before and I was able to still keep all the same coverage specs too! What a great deal! What I especially appreciated was his great customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything on my end was as quick and easy as possible. It helped take a couple major items off my to-do list during an already stressful and busy move. My partner has been dealing with this company since purchasing a new home a few months ago and they have been an absolute nightmare. Calls get sent to voicemail and no one calls you back. Voicemail and emails trying to reach out to representative get ignored.nHe's been trying to contact them via email and phone for months. He kept getting emails threatening to charge him a higher premium because he needed to sign paperwork that they kept sending to the wrong email address, and ignored him the MANY times he reached out via email and phone to let them know he wasn't receiving anything. Threatening to charge someone a higher premium because of a clerical error on THEIR end is absurd. The original paperwork submitted has the correct email. This is their mistake.nBy the time he finally received the forms he needed to sign, his account was already being charged a late penalty even though paperwork had not been finalized and he hadn't been given the information needed to set up his online account.nNow he's getting emails that he's in non-payment and they will cancel on him if he doesn't pay by a certain date. He's been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month regarding setting up a monthly payment plan, and again, has gotten no response. We will be dropping our account with the horrible company.
