I had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish at Katy Preferred Urgent Care Clinic. I appreciated how Nurse Practitioner Dani Glasper and nurse John took the time to put me at ease and assured me that everything would be fine. NP Dani explained the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their outstanding medical service.

Nurse Practitioner Dani along with Ns. Raspberry is literally the dream team. They took such good care of me and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. Our experience here was wonderful. Great staff! (especially Marissa) going over and above to help us with theutmost compassion! This is the second time we've used this urgent care and we're very pleased with the service.Amy was our nurse practitioner that took excellent care of us! I went here today, and I've had good experiences here before... but today was bad.I went in for a swollen tonsil and fever. The front desk lady/nurse aid was nice. I was brought back quickly. But the male doctor or Nurse Practitioner that saw me didn't even really check me. He spent maybe three minutes in the room with me. Telling me everything I already knew. He then told me to rest my voice, but knew it was hard for women to do that ud83eudee0. And then chuckled...He then acknowledged my antibiotic allergy and asked ME what antibiotic I wanted... I don't know, that's what I'm paying you for.... I literally got on google and looked up antibiotics that would accommodate my allergy... and when I recommended one I *thought* I had taken before, he then proceeded to tell me why that one wouldn't work...I'm giving it two stars because I got some medicine that should help and I got in and out in 20 minutes, but it was just a weird and unprofessional experience.

Wow! I had a fantastic experience here! Yazmine was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and where my prescriptions could be sent. This was really helpful as Iu2019m normally seen at the Katy VA clinic, and it is very self contained. Marissa was incredibly friendly and professional. Dani did an excellent job assessing my condition and prescribing a course of care to help my injured eye heal. Thank you to the pros at Preferred Urgent Care!!
