Extremely pleased and impressed by the facility and staff at Plano Urgent Care! My visit was by far the best urgent care experience I've had yet. The facility was immaculate yet warm and welcoming. Each of the Plano Urgent Care staff members I encountered were friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my time. I was placed in an exam room within minutes of my arrival and I was promptly seen. Although there are a number of other urgent care facilities near my home, my experience at Plano Urgent Care was second to none - Plano Urgent Care will be the facility I return to for any future urgent care needs!

Was super impressed with my visit to Plano Urgent Care. The facility was spotless, the lobby area has plenty of comfortable seating, an area for kids and did not feel like your typical waiting area for a medical facility such as this. The staff was very friendly; Phillip was great in getting me checked in to see the Dr in no time. I could not have been more pleased with the attention and treatment I received. My in and out time was under 45 minutes and that included waiting to make sure I didn't have an adverse reaction to the injection they gave me.

Just another day in Plano, I am going home after work...thinking about my dinner.nnHowever, just as we started driving home, my wife starts hurting.nVery severe abdominal pain, 8/10, she is barely walking.nWe started looking for a medical office and decided to call Plano Urgent Care.nnThe admin staff was very supportive, kind, and professional over the phone, so we decided to go to the Plano Urgent Care.nWe arrived and waited for less than five minutes.nnAt this point, the bar was raised so high, Admin Staff was incredible, phone customer service was excellent.nnGot the vitals, and we are waiting for the PA to arrive.nAnd now we are truly dazzled, Kristina Johnson PA was impeccable.nProfessional, caring, and supportive.nnLet me tell you this; she truly knows her medication and the way they work.nMrs. Johnson is not scared of explaining how all this works, and why is she giving us this medicationu2014very rare that a medical professional will go into pharmacy info.nnShe cares, not just about getting you in and out; she wants to make sure you are well!nI felt at some point that she took care of us; like we are her family.nnAnd the cherry on top of the cake?nShe called the next day to check on my wife.nnThe USA desperately needs more medical professionals like Mrs. Johnson.nnMrs. Johnson, you made a difference in our livesu2014A BIG THANK YOU!

Me and my husband have been to Plano Urgent Care 3 times now and we have always received the best care and were seen promptly without a wait. The staff and NP are very caring and take your concerns serious. We always got the right diagnosis and RX for our needs and felt better not even a day after our visit.nWe have troubles with allergies since we moved to the area and got sick a lot.nThank you Plano Urgent Care!

This place was a lifesaver today! I moved to Plano a year ago and don't have a PCP yet and it was the weekend. Kristin the PA was very attentive. I got in my car after and started bawling as a result of her tender care. She was so nice as well as the front receptionists. She told me they will call me in 2 days to check on me. I registered online and was in and out in 40 minutes.
