This location always takes a long time. No matter what time of day I go in, there is a line of customers to the door. It is strange to me that no one has increased the staffing at this location in all these years. The one on Broadway is much faster.

$5 to print a return label.nNo self print available.nPrices no where to be seen.nEmail to send printing behind their monitor.nSo, either you ask and see it or do the line in vain.nWhen they saw me touching the printer is when they said there's no self printing and they made me do the line to tell me it was $5 to print a page. Bad service.

I'm just tired of these employees!! every time I return a package in this store the employees don't know how to put your last name right. They asked me for my last name I'll give them my last name and spelled it to them Letter by letter And they Ignore me!! and they still put it wrong. So Why you ask for my last name if you going to ignore me? So after they give me the label I noticed, they put my last name wrong so I let them know The my last name is wrong and they say oh, don't worry about it. Are you serious!!!nnMy question is:nWhy you ask for my last name and ask me to spell it if you're gonna Ignore me and do it wrong. This is disrespectful!!
