Waiting time to be seen is absolutely outrageous.nI checked in at 1:30 pm, and it's now 3:10 pm,nand still waiting.nStaff said the PA stepped out for lunch. I liked it here the previous times I was here. Service was quick, efficient, the reason why I decided to comenback here today. I have to look for another more reliable Urgent care facility for my subsequent needs.

My go to spot! They always take great care of me, accommodate my needs and answernall my questions. I will wait hours justnTo come here due to how awesome & polite the staff is. They also offer to call you once youu2019re up next if there is a wait time, which I love and is very convenient! Highly recommend if youu2019re trying to get seen on the same day.

Came in with two issues. The PA was awesome!! Took cultures, X-rays, and a couple of other preventative tests that Iu2019ll be able to get done in one visit. She got into course of action to treat, even gave one antibiotic to treat both issues Definitely my new go to. It takes so long just to get an appointment with GP these days.

Front staff was nice. I had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor but usually it's a long wait when you go to urgent care, so that's expected. Doctor and nurse staff was very helpful. I deducted a star because I never got notified if my covid test came out positive or negative. Took a home test to be sure but that might be a problem for someone else who may not have a home test. Neither than that it was a good visit.

Staff was nice, but overallu2026 nah.nnI was sent here by Optum because unfortunately they closed down their urgent care locations. On 2/28, I felt really ill and was having a really hard time breathing. I checked in around 8:30 am. I felt so uncomfortable that I told them I was going to wait in my car because I had trouble breathing.nIt took 3 hours before I was seen.nnNurse and NP was very nice and kind, but manu2026 when youu2019re feeling bad and strugglingu2026 it feelsnLike an eternity.nnThey did a test for flu, covid, rsv and all the good stuff. Apparently the covid and rsv tests arenu2019t done on site. No clue why I never got my results. I called back on 3/4 and they told me it could take up to 5 days to get the results back. Itu2019s now 3/11 and I still havenu2019t heard back from them.nnI was probably better off going to the dreadful emergency room. Thatu2019s deep.
