Right now there are a few people I deal with regularly that are the bomb Dan, Andy and ivon. there are some changes happening hopefully they won't destroy the great company I started driving for. In the beginning very family oriented, open door policy's could walk in and talk with everyone. I am hoping it doesn't turn into another Swift where drivers are nothing more than a number on the truck and they could careless if the driver is sick or exhausted. Started with company in 2019 was great.nnow it's just starting to feel like drivers don't matter and the beginning of micromanaging like telling a driver how long to drive. when the new people have obviously never driven a truck before, so they don't comprehend the stress of the job being in fight or flight mode all day everyday because of other bad drivers. Time will tell. I know every company needs to change things up some times, but what made this company unique was they didn't add any stress to the drivers day. They showed respect to the drivers. If you run hard you made good money. Now I'm waiting to see how it goes if they chose driver quantity over equality, like I said time will tell. Praying it doesn't become a small version of SWIFT ( SLOW WAGON IN FAST TRAFFIC) Swift has no respect and deserves no respect!

Worst company Iu2019ve ever worked for. First got my truck and it was FILTHY and they didnu2019t care to try to clean it. They make everything sound good in the beginning but never upheld the promise they made to regional drivers of 2000 miles minimum. I was here for 8+ months and would get 700-1000 miles a week, not nearly nothing close to 2000. You wait forever for loads, have to contact them to even get another load after finishingu2026 Sit forever. Tires blow out every week because theyu2019re cheap and recap tires. Planner Ivonne has an attitude problem and the lazy owner just wants money. They donu2019t care about drivers at all. For regional drivers why are we going back and forth from Dallas to Houston multiple times a week? Dallas to San Antonio? NO Miles. The yard is SO small and tight sometimes you can barely park. You have to do U-turns just to get in and out. WARNING STAY AWAY !!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU

If you have a problem with one of their trucks or drivers, forget getting any help from the company or dispatch. They hung up on me twice in the early morning hours on the 17th. Poor customer service and their drivers do whatever they want. Don't listen to the fake reviews saying it's a good company. Go elsewhere
