Good service, nice people, good prices. I didn't use any health insurance, just paid out of pocket. I paid $30 to see the doctor, $20 for a shot to fight a throat infection, and he also wrote me a $15 prescription for additional medication, all of which worked immediately against the pain. Whole experience took about 1/2 hour, and the facility is nice, the back room more like the comfort of a home office. Definitely keeping this place in mind when I'm in trouble sick-wise.

All of my experiences with East West Urgent Care have been nothing short of wonderful. This clinic makes it extremely hassle-free to schedule an appointment. The place itself is very sanitary, and has an overall feeling of comfort that will put most patients at ease. The doctors and nurses who work here are timely, courteous and provide a genuine sense that they want to help you. For all the care I have received, I have had beyond excellent results and I can actually say my health has been improved since going to East West Urgent Care. I feel like I have developed an important relationship between the doctor and patient and would easily recommend this place to my best friends and family!

First time going there for a DOT physical exam n am very impressed.. building clean in n out. Costumer service is a plus they explain you very well so the process can be easy n simple. The forms to fill are nit n organized. They really listen to you n help the professional way. Well educated personal working there. They don't make you feel that you're on any clinic just for been there. You'll get your results n card in a personal envelope. I'll recommend this clinic to any truck driver in need of a DOT physical exam...

Called this place to bring my son in, He had thrush. Spoke to the receptionist and asked if they were in network with Anthem Blue Cross PPO insurance and she said yes. Big mistake on my end, I shouldu2019ve checked online myself. I do not have a Co-payment, she told me I have to pay $30 co payment. I didnu2019t care because my son needed medicine for the thrush and didnu2019t have time to argue about it. I receive a bill of explanation from my insurance and they were not In-network and the $30 Co-payment they charged me was not on there, itu2019s like if I never payed a Co payment. Good thing I payed with my debit card. Never going here again. Be careful always verify with your insurance before going here because the receptionist doesnu2019t know a damn thing about verifying Insurance and co payments.

Never felt so stereotyped in my life. The young bilingual nurse with the glasses was very helpful, sweet, compassionate and friendly, however I cannot say the same for her superiors. They were unprofessional unlike anything I've ever seen or experienced. I wouldn't come back to this establishment if I was dying and had no where else to go. Hopefully they don't treat anybody else the way they treated me.
