My first time in your facility and was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. From the front desk staff, medical assistants to the doctor. All my medical concerns were answered with no hesitation. We need more facilities like this with such superb medical care! I had the pleasure of visiting this urgent care today and I canu2019t even begin to describe how welcomed and secure they made me feel! I wasnu2019t seen but my daughter was and the doctor seemed to be very concerned to find out exactly what she was going through. I gratefully appreciate them for being here for us. The staff is attentive, friendly and supportive every time we visit!! They deserve 5 stars for sure. The facility is clean and attractive. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, kind and provide quality care. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the electronic check in system is frustrating. You have to check in on your phone or at the kiosk and provide ALL of your information as well as photos of your ID and insurance cards as well EVERY time you visit no matter how many times you have been before.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely helpful and led me through check in. The doctor took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the instructions. And, since there is a pharmacy right next door, I was able to get my meds right then and there.
