I arrived early for my appointment and was promptly assisted by the front desk. I didn't wait long at all before being called in by the Assistant. She was very friendly. She asked me some questions as I answered we laughed and shared things of common. I was then greeted by the young lady who was going to take my ultrasound. She was nice and friendly also. And very knowledgeable. During my ultrasound both ladies tended to make my office visit very enjoyable. Thank you Ladies, Have a Happy Easter.

I have an appointment scheduled for 9:10 AM. I decided to get there early cause I had something I had to do in the morning so I got there at 8:30 and it was taken right back. The technician took me right back was very straight to the point very good at what she did. Sheu2019s a very young girl, but she did an amazing job, every time I go to your facility I get treated with the utmost respect and they do their best to get me out of there as fast as possible. I appreciate that especially on days like this.

The CT technician was very accommodating to our needs. My sister is 50 years old with a mental capacity of a 1 year old. Our tech was extremely nice and kept asking if she could do anything to help. It warms our heart when people show so much compassion. I think her name is Marge (very petite Asian young lady.

I went for x-rays of my right shoulder . Which I thought was at Grove , but was actually scheduled for the Riverside office. The receptionist said don't worry about it we will fit you in here it will just take a little bit longer. And I told her that was quite all right because the Riverside office is to far for me to drive by my self. The staff here is very positive and they all were friendly and treated everyone who came in with the same respect which I appreciate in a medical team.

I called and couldnu2019t get in so I went over. She told me to be half hour before five minutes. It wasnu2019t 15 minutes went very well thank you. A nice young man. Waited on me.
