The WORST urgent care facility in my experience. I had a 7:30 am online appointment and I waited 45 minutes to see a u201cdoctoru201d for approximately a one minute exam. The place is filthy and I sat in a waiting area full of people coughing and the receptionist was coughing too. Dirty floor, dirty rugs draped over waiting room chairs, ripped seats in waiting and exam rooms exposing fabric lining that you could never properly clean. Blood splatter dried on the walls, floors that looked like have not been cleaned for a long time, dirty surfaces everywhere. It was gross and inefficient. Iu2019ll NEVER go back there!!!

The whole staff from the Physician to the receptionist, made me feel welcome. I felt like I was in a family atmosphere. It was so peaceful. The medical assistant was patient with me calmed my nerves of fear of needles. I thought I lost my belongings they were patient with me Trying to help me locate them. It was the best urgent care experience . The staff was a blessing

I went to urgent care after I already having a long day at work I just knew ill be waiting an hour just to be seen . schedule my appointment as i was headed there u00a0I barely waited at all was seen quickly got my prescription filled in the same location and was back home in less then an hour!! Will return here for fast care u2764ufe0f

Love that I can make an appointment to be seen. The staff is friendly and answers all your questions... But I couldn't give 5 stars due to the wait time. Every time I go I make an appointment and never get called back at my appointment time. And once in the room after vitals. It takes awhile for the doctor to come in. But once they come in, you have their full attention. I love the staff. Just get better with time

The absolute worst staff ever. They say one thing then will come back and say something else. If a Doctor is with a patient how are you speaking to them about another patient? Doesnu2019t make sense. Just say you making up your own response. Iu2019ll never be back. Wish I could rate a ZERO.
