Went in for an IV drip to help with dehydration after getting sick and trying to get back on my feet. Super nice, courteous and atmosphere was super clean and relaxing. Would recommend for general needs

I've visited this location on a few different occasions and I've had great experiences each time. My most recent visit was one of those 6-minutes-before-close-walk-ins-that-every-worker dreads. I'd just discovered my little one had spiked a temp and had smelly breath accompanied by a yucky looking throat around 7:15pm. I quickly googled their hours and put the address in my phone. I had just enough time to make it there before close at 8pm. I apologized as soon as I walked in the door. They assured me it was okay and made me feel welcome although I know they were ready to go.On another note, I've had to call on multiple occasions to get school excuses after visits and they've been nothing short of pleasant from that aspect, too. I requested an excuse via email today and received it shortly after. The sweet note from Ms. Joelda included stating HOPE SHE FEELS BETTER definitely warmed my heart. Thank you BRG Express Care Highland for taking care of my sick baby and not turning us away.

I have visited this location twice before this time. First visit did not go well with receptionist Rachel , I avoided this clinic just on that experience alone. She was very rude. Second time I visited here because I was very sick and this was the closest location to where I lived. Went smoothly but Rachel was not the receptionist. This 3rd visit did not go well. Granted , my insurance is out of state since I am a college student so there are usually issues. I have all of that information ready just in case there are issues and I gave that all to Rachel. I even had a lady from my insurance on the phone to answer my questions. She offered to speak to Rachel but Rachel refused. All the needed information was given from my insurance but Rachel was rude and uncooperative throughout this whole time. She was even shouting things to me in the waiting room while I am on the phone speaking to my insurance. I am glad and lucky no other patients were in the waiting room. That would be even more embarrassing. After this experience , I cancelled my appointment because even the lady on the phone from my insurance who heard this whole interaction told me to visit somewhere else. I am a healthcare worker and I just don't think this is how patients should be treated in a professional setting ESPECIALLY when they're not feeling well and willing to work with you. It would be another thing if I was rude and had no other information to give her. I have never had issues with patient plus and I will continue to go there like I did today.
