The ONLY reason I am giving my experience 5 stars is because of my nurse, Stephanie. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel better just by the way she treated me and spoke to me. She made me feel like a fellow human being, not just another annoying number like the manager working the front desk. Not only did I feel she was unkind and irritated, I witnessed her speak very rudely to other patients in person and over the phone while I sat in the waiting room. This unpleasant manager would cut people off while they tried to ask questions and speak back to them with a sarcastic tone saying, NO YOU DONu2019T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT YOULL WAIT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Or over the phone, u201cLIKE I TOLD YOU I HAVE NO IDEA YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE. Even if that is the case, people are sick and suffering and confused about these types of things, especially within the changing medical and political policies at the moment. The least you can do is speak kindly to us and simply direct us to a more helpful outlet. To think you are the manager setting examples for you staff. If you are that burnt out take a vacation lady. Or find a new job.nnStephanie, your warmth and care overshadowed that negative experience and I am so grateful. You deserve a raise or a promotion. Thank you.

This site didn't work for me. I went with my daughter due to a foot injury, they did an X-ray and told her everything was fine. Three weeks later I called because my daughter was still in pain without being able to move her foot, and they reviewed the X-rays carefully and said they felt it was a fracture. My daughter spent all that time thinking that she was fine and I had to go somewhere else to find a specialist to solve her problem.

I came here as soon as they opened up when I had a fever of 102.5 and was vomiting all night. They completely disregarded my rising temperature, and said it could be a number of things but did no tests and sent me on my way with a over the counter prescription for acid reflux.. I then went immediately to another doctor and was tested for Covid, Noravirus, Influenza, etc. and Adenovirus came back strongly positive, I was put on antibiotics for 14 days and couldnu2019t return to work for a week. As an early childhood teacher, I can't return to work with symptoms like these as I could be putting my students health in greater danger. I was also charged 125$ for this visit just for being *seen* but no tests were given or anything.. I do not recommend going here, and will not be returning.
