Do not go here. I went with fever and body aches. I am also pregnant. I called my OBGYN who suggested I go to an urgent care to be seen. Not to monitor the baby, not to check on my pregnancy, just to be seen for the flu like symptoms I had. I hand the front desk girls my insurance and ID and sit down.This smug, rude woman comes out and asks me what's wrong. I explain to her and she asks if I can feel the baby moving. I tell her I am feeling the baby move as much as I always do, which is very minimal. She starts telling me I should be feeling my baby move way more at this point in my pregnancy. I tell her my OBGYN is very involved in my pregnancy and if he is not worried, neither am I. She gives me another smug look like if my OBGYN (who has been an OB for decades and has 5 star reviews unlike this dump) is an idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about. And like if I dont know what is normal in MY pregnancy. Finally, I ask her are you going to help me or not? Because I was tired of arguing with her about things that did not concern her. She tells me I dont know, I'm trying to decide if we are going to see you or not. So I just got up and grabbed my stuff and left.I went up the street to CareNow. They were very helpful. They simply saw me and treated me for what turned out to be COVID and sent me on my way. Which is all I wanted in the first place.If you want to be stared at like an idiot, and met with smug looks and sarcastic responses then this is the place for you! If you want help just go up the street to CareNow!

Went into the clinic with insurance, and they refused to see me because I was a new patient. It literally says walk in clinic. Worse is that there was no one there. If you need to be seen by a Dr, for any of the things they say they treat do not go there. I had an ear infection and it probably would have been an easy treatment. They said they could give me an appointment 2 months out. Seriously!!!

Not my ideal doctor but I went in to get checked since I was on that side of town, worst mistake ever. First the doctor was super weird/creep vibes. It felt unsanitary in there, I gave them my symptoms because I was almost sure I had the flu. They insisted and only tested me for covid, mind you they swabbed up my brain. Gave me the wrong medication for an infectionu201d & I had to go into the er only to find out I did have the flu

Doctor was horrible! Didnu2019t even knock before entering and basically called me a liar with the symptoms I was giving him. Super sarcastic, no bedside manner and did minimal investigating on why I had even come in.

Worst care ever! I was attended by the nurse practitioner, she never even put on gloves to take a look at my injury. She just looked at it and said I need to come back Monday and gave me some antibiotics. I went to the urgent care around 2/3 PM on Friday. Saturday night into Sunday morning I developed a horrible pain. By 3 AM I was in the emergency room. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER URGENT CARE BUT THIS ONE.
