We took our son in to get examined for a possible UTI. Knowing that Dr. Leaf is not a pediatrician, we took our chances bc we didnu2019t know what to do and couldnu2019t get into our pediatrician. But to our surprise, Dr. Leaf was incredibly gentle, kind and knowledgeable. Our young son was nervous, but Dr. Leaf made him feel at ease, answering all of his questionsu2014as well as ours. Heu2019s a very thorough doctor as well. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to walk into one stop urgent care, fill out the paperwork, and be seen by Dr Leaf. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He took an x-ray too diagnose my condition, gave me a shot, and gave me antibiotics to take. After being miserable for 3 weeks following another doctor's advice, I was better within a couple of days

I decided to walk out because the front desk start arguing to charge me $1 for mask. She called the doctor and he repeated the same thing. He said he is sorry, but has to charge me $1 for 1 mask.nIt wasnu2019t about the $1 but them believing they have to charge me for mask makes me suspicious about what they will say if they treat me. Gloves $2, sanitizer $5 u2026.nTheyu2019re cheap!!!

I was asked to see Dr. Leaf and get an assessment done by him. I went in for a car accident that had previously happened a month prior. Walking in, the place felt unsettling and I felt like I wanted to leave and I shouldu2019ve. Receptionist wasnu2019t rude, but I corrected her several times about my name. She was overtly micromanaging my paperwork. Then was educating me on my license and getting it fixed (never had a problem before with any other hospital or clinic with this), but it felt more like u201cyou need to do this before we see you next timeu201d and it felt undeserving. I understand needing details, but making me feel silly about a mistake and then I saw her going back several times to see the doctor after I had been irritated and before my appointment. I was in a lot of pain and when Dr. Leaf came in for my exam I felt like there was already a bias based off what his receptionist had talked with him about. Scoffed at the knee brace the chiropractor had given me to wear. It felt like he was lacking empathy upon his arrival in the room. He seemed insensitive as he felt on my ribs and gave me a strange look when I was tearing up from the pain, he apologized but it felt forced. He gave me X-rays on the spot and told me everything was clear and he doesnu2019t know why I was in this pain. He also hardly looked at my knee (besides general movements and touching) and determined another diagnosis based off that. He was borderline rude when explaining that he would not be writing me a doctors note off from work, but a light duty and if my work couldnu2019t provide work that fit light duty I would be out of work. I canu2019t apply for FMLA unless doc says I cannot work so heu2019s put me in a pinch and I felt that was done purposefully because he was biased. Dr. Leaf was appalled I didnu2019t have my HRu2019s number saved in my phone so he could directly send my note to them. Unlike any clinic Iu2019ve gone to, they usually send it home with you. I will not be going back and I will be telling the clinic I work with not to send anyone else there. I will be seeking a second opinion. I see another review that says this doctor also missed their diagnosis and had to get a second opinion as well. This is a fast grab for cash business. Unless youu2019re u201curgentlyu201d in need of something, go to walk in or PCP, because Dr. Leaf will send you out the door with more questions than answers and make you feel like you did something wrong.
