My mom went to Dr. Patil, Iu2019ve been going for 30 years and never EVER did I get called a liar but today Dr. patils Administrator threw me out of the practice. She was pure Ugliness pure. I loved Linda she turn like the rest of them. A Professional complaint is written for the Administrator who called me a liar. Stay away! They are all nuts except Dr. Patil. They are rude, not professional at all!

I have been a patient of Dr Ali in the Coram location years. Recently we moved to Patchogue and thought that it would be more convenient to go to that office. I have extremely- dangerously high blood pressure- stroke levels- that is managed well with the medication I take. However, if I'm off to it for more then a day or so, it goes way up. I called Patchogue CareMed today to schedule an appointment- since they require me to an office visit every 3 months. I only have a 2 day supply of HBP remaining. The receptionist who took my call was extremely rude. Due to their office hours- and my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to be seen for a week. I asked if the MD could send my pharmacy enough Losartin til my appointment. She refused- even given my history. Refused to even ASK the Doctor. Please note that I am seen EVERY 3 months and it was not an unreasonable request. She actually told me to take my chances around pharmacies to ask them to give me an emergency supply- without a prescription. I am an office manager for a dental practitioner and if I overheard one of the receptionists speaking to a patient like this girl spoke to me, that be the last call they'd take in my office!So, I immediately called Coram, easily scheduled an appointment with Kelly's help-BTW- thank you Kelly. And guess what- they IMMEDIATELY sent enough medicine till I will be seen.My only here was not getting this trolls name to blow her up all over social media.

Dr. Makavana is the best. Been with him over 15+ years Great communicator and if there is a problem knows what test needs to be performed. If you have any concerns returns your calls in a timely fashion.

Please be very careful when attending this doctor office. I always go here just to leave without any treatment or answers. The doctor always say u201cyou look paleu201d but doesnu2019t run any test on me for why I look u201cpaleu201d. I complained about night sweats and all he did was say everything is fine, get a cooling blanket and I been suffering for months freezing in the middle of the night, with damped clothes. I went for the doctor to check my iron and the doctor ended up prescribing me something for calcium and stomach acid reflex instead smh.

Extremely unprofessional! Confirmed appt time via phone then receive a text with a completely different time.Front desk staff if extremely rude and you are lucky if you even get acknowledged.
