Front desk check in is not courteous or friendly at all, very unprofessional. I arrived for my 9:15 appointment at 9:11 waited in waiting room until 10:15 and was never called in to see the doctor. Another patient came in 15-20 minutes after me and was called in. At 10:15 I went to check in person cancelled and left. I will make an appointment with a different doctor. It was a very unpleasant experience. Nothing against Dr Autz I've seen him before years ago and he is a very good doctor I was looking forward to this appointment, however the front desk is uncaring and gives a very unpleasant impression. Such a disappointment.

Worst PCP u201cfamily runu201d I have been to. Front desk customer service is a nightmare. In addition, there are simply charging me and my wife for service that was supposed to be fully covered. Totally unethical. Same service was free at other PCP provider using same insurance. Never going back there again. Stay away from here. Btw calling United Healthcare to give them more details and charges from this clinic.

I've been going to Dr Autz fora few years now. Been to the office 3 times now. It doesn't like much from the outside, but inside is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and I never had to wait more than 20 minutes . The Dr. is great...very nice and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I first came to the Doctor because he took MEDICAID....but when I'm back at work and on regular insurance again, I'm going to stay with this clinic. That's how much I like it

This medical clinic schedules you for appointments at one time. Have you wait for almost an hour to take you in the back to a room.Once you are in the room you have to wait another 30-45 minutes before a doctor or NP sees you!! This is unbelievable and this clinic needs to work on this!

Website says walkins are welcome, they are not, they had plenty of staff available to see me but could book an appointment a week out. I needed immediate help, this place is no good.
