I honestly had a great visit. Things went smooth from beginning to end. Dr. Fernandez is phenomenal and seems he is passionate about what he does. I like the fact that wait times here are not crazy at all. Got in and out between 30-40 mins, which is not bad at all for an urgent care.

My husband went tonight for a check up after an automobile accident and was told he could not be seen due to them not having a CT machine and refused him care. I understand not having a machine, however you could have at least saw him and tried to treat him. Also, The staff is always rude at this place and unprofessional! Stay far away from here! Dr.Fernandez clean this place up and get better staff who care about the patients. This is the only urgent care in the parish and theyu2019re running all of your patients away! The guy with the grey hair who does the X-rays is also a jerk and needs to have more respect for the individual .

Dr. Fernandez has the best bedside manner! He's so friendly and listens to all my concerns. And the rest of the staff is amazing as well. It's such a relief to have a quality urgent care right here in Chalmette. I 10/10 recommend!

Great experience. Staff was friendly and got me checked in and out fast. The nurse practitioner was very to the point, which I like. She asked the necessary questions, did my exam, explained her treatment plan and got me back to work faster then expected. About an hour after starting the meds she prescribed (I'm a ninny so I passed on injections), the pain from my ear infection had dulled to slight discomfort. Very happy with my visit.
