One of the best decisions I have ever made as a parent is switching to Pearland Pediatrics. Dr. Hummel is incredible - she takes the time to listen to her patients/parents and will make sure we get down to the bottom of anything as need. We have had great experiences with the same day sick clinic, as well. We always get in promptly and receive great care! 10/10 amazing pediatricians!

The office staff are all kind and responsive. My children have seen Dr Hummel, Dr Palacios and Dr Stroop. I would recommend each one to anyone. We have never once felt rushed or unfairly judged. My son never wants to leave the office because he loves the fish and play area.

u201cIf I could give 0 stars I wouldu201d comes in handy here. My kids and I have gone to PP for years and the doctors are amazing most of the time but the office staff is terrible. You talk to one person and they give you information and you call back and they give completely different information. My daughter was scheduled for a physical and the appointment was rescheduled a whole week before the appointment. I continued to get text messages trying to confirm the original appointment. When I called the lady asked who I originally spoke to in regards to rescheduling the appointment which is already a red flag because itu2019s sad they even have to ask who you spoke to, they must deal with this quite a bit. The lady confirmed there would not be any additional charges on the account. The day before my daughter is set to have her physical they send me a bill that we have a no show or late cancellation on the account. When I called to inquire William who is in the scheduling was not helpful, he continued to talk over me, was very rude, and tried to tell me someone else would let me know if they can waive it or not. It never should of been placed on the account to begin with.!! Make sure you grab dates and times and names of who you talk to in order to avoid issues such as these. However you would just be better off going to another location entirely to avoid the incompetent office staff.
