First time at Florida Emergent Care, and I can't say nothing less than amazing staff, Doctor and PA. I was seen in less than 10 mins, greeted with kindness, care and warmth. Loved the doctor! He had that old Spanish warmth, great bedside manners, and didn't waste time in providing the best care for my flu like symptoms. I am SO HAPPY I found this provider and they take insurance. Highly recommend them!

I came here after waiting an hour at Centracare before they told me I still had another hour to go. SO GLAD I did! Not only did I wait maybe ten minutes for my first time, but both the ER PA there (older gentleman) and Nurse J were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and caring of my needs (more so than even past family physicians). They talked with me while ordering prescriptions at the desk so I wouldn't feel left, and discussed what treatments/options would work best with me and Really listened! It's just too bad the ER PA isn't there more often!

Walked in feeling ill and was greeted with a smile!! After going across the street first to CC and not being greeted and told 2 1/2 hour wait!!! I googled and found Emergent Care! So glad I did! Was seen by Dr. Chanlatte and felt like I was a patient there for years! In and out less then one hour! Good to know theyu2019re there for emergencies. Great patient care!

They took me within 5 minutes after filling out my information the doctors and nurses were very compassionate and amazing ! I highly recommend this urgent care even if it's a few miles farther then the rest it's worth coming here ! They tested me for everything and took amazing care of me . Definitely will come back

Had a truly horrifying experience here. Blood was drawn for having a headache, stuffiness, sore throat. Not only was that unnecessary, but my daughter was stuck 4 times and then a scalding hot glove of water was put on her skin to raise her veins- which resulted in a burn. When I called after getting home and realizing how bad the burn was I was advised to put ice on it. This place is staffed completely by idiots except for the front desk.
