The Medical Assistant was very friendly and thorough during my intake and the Nurse Practitioner I saw was also wonderful. She took time to answer my questions and explain things in detail, especially about the specific medications I was currently taking and the ones she was prescribing. I was in and out quickly but did not feel rushed at all. I was very happy with my experience. The online appointment feature was great too!

I truly wish I could give no stars. I filled out the texted survey however I would really like to get some answers about why my visit went the way it did.nEverything was below average for me. The wait was obnoxious and to charge me before the doctor even seen me is ridiculous. Then the nurse that took me to the room didn't really take my vitals or measurements then more waiting. The doctor comes in gives me a mask says not testing for COVID test takes 3 days and it's viral sent me on my way after strep test saying it's viral and has to run its course. I get home take my temperature still running a fever and the next day fever and even worse. I took rapid test and wouldn't you know it I have Covid. Still dealing with symptoms. The sad part is Iu2019m asthmatic and this level of car could have cost me my life. If you can try another one that may help.

Great experience. Welcomed and waited just a bit for nurse, who was friendly and great. Because of previsit e form, little information was needed, also because Iu2019m on the Portal. PA was efficient and nicely interactive. Thorough cleaning of ears solved pressure problem. Well done!

Been there 2 or 3 times. Very fast, no waiting time once you arrive, but you may have to wait to secure a spot online. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I wish they would offer primary & gyno care because Iu2019d be a client. I would love a one stop shop.

Iu2019ve been to this urgent care before and had a fine experience, but today was absolutely horrendous. I brought my boyfriend here, and the staff was shockingly rude and judgmental toward him. Itu2019s beyond upsetting to think that people licensed to care for others would treat a patient with such disdain and disrespect. The first two workers we encountered were dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of providing care and understanding, they made my boyfriend feel worse during an already difficult time. Their behavior was unprofessional and downright unacceptable. The only person who was nice to us was the nurse practitioner, who was the last person we spoke to. While her kindness was appreciated, it doesnu2019t excuse the behavior of the rest of the staff. While Iu2019ve had a decent experience here in the past, todayu2019s visit has completely changed my view of this facility. No one deserves to be treated like this when theyu2019re vulnerable and in need of help. I strongly urge management to address the toxic behavior of their staff because this kind of treatment should never happen in a medical setting.
