I am very impressed with the treatment I received today as a self-pay, walk-in patient. They processed me quickly as a new patient there, were very nice and efficient. We didn't have to wait very long before they took us back and again someone was in the room with us within a few minutes.The doctor was friendly and ordered a X-Ray technician who showed up promptly and was very efficient in her work, she said they would be ready in just a few minutes. I wasn't waiting in the room even five minutes before the doc walked in to reveal that there was no fracture.We found the cost for this fast, courteous service to be very reasonable, especially considering others we'd called were going to charge just for an office visit was more than we ended up paying for everything at this clinic. Glad we found them. Too bad more of their happy customers don't provide reviews . . . seems often, people respond only when they have a bad experience . . . I would absolutely recommend them. I actually went to this office by mistake to see a physician who was affiliated with, but did not practice at this location. Instead of sending me away with a u201cwrong address,u201d they offered to help me and were able to quickly find the office where I needed to go. I would not have found it without their care. Many times I read about the poor service provided by physician office staff. I am happy to report that these friendly folks will go above and beyond to help out and make sure patients are cared for. Thanks to the very kind people who helped me!

i was not feeling well on my way to visit a friend in spring Texas, so i stopped at the clinic the staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, and the doctors just focused on the task at hand helping patents not only me.i was impressed. they gave me the proper treatment and let me on my way.recommend highly. :)

This practice is under new management. The new Doctor has remodeled the office and the improvement is wonderful and much needed!! I used this clinic in the past and was concerned that they would not have access to my file. Fortunately they did. I'm sure the transition has been frustrating for some of the former patients, but after seeing the improvements and meeting the new Doctor, I think any inconvenience will be worth it.

I first visited Oaks August 11, 2014. At my first contact with them, I stated that the reason I was there was to find out why I had not felt well for the past 5-6 weeks. I also stated emphatically that whatever they did for me must be covered under medicare, as I would not be able to bear any out-of-pocket expenses. I was finally seen by a Dr. Charron, who said she'd need to do blood work. Let me interject that the experience to this point was unsatisfactory: a long wait and a level of indifference I'd never encountered before in my life. So...not long afterwards I received a bill for $790.00 from LabCorp, stating that the claim had been denied. I called to find out why and was told it was because the treatment had been described as routine. Since then I have called Oaks many times to try and get them to resubmit the claim. They have NEVER ONCE returned any of my calls. Three-and-a-half months later LabCorp is now threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency if I don't pay the bill right away. Oh--they refused to e-mail or fax my results too.I was told over an hour ago that the person I needed to speak to would be back from the bank in 20 minutes and so I agreed to wait for her call. IF there is a satisfactory resolution I will post that, but as of this moment I am giving them one star only because it's the minimum required in order to post.
