I and my wife had to switch our previous urologist Dr. Rudberg becouse he retired and strongly advised us go to Dr. Sherman Chan so we are first time patients at the Progressive Urology office in Brooklyn, NY.nThe first our impression is very positive. All staff, front desk representatives and nurses were very friendly, helped us with everything, performed required procedures quickly and profecionally.
