They lie! We visited because we were refer from our health insurance that we could do our annual checkup for free here. Since we schedule the appointment we explain that is all we wanted to do, we said it to the receptionist, to the nurse and to the young doctor that treated. We specify all we want is to complete the annual check up, we don't want anything else that will incur in charge. She said she understood and not to worry. All we did was answer questions, we didn't ask anything and we didn't consult anything. And now they are billing us for additional services then the annual check up.

Go here if you want to be treated like a PAYtient and not a patient.nnI rarely give negative reviews but I have to do so in this matter. Hopefully since I am a Level 7 reviewer this sticks at the top.nnMyself wife and 4 kids have been going here over 2 years and this place is the most cutthroat uncompassionate office Iu2019ve ever visited. All they care about is insurance payments and nothing else. Getting a call back is next to impossible and itu2019s always a one hour wait no matter the time of your appointment.nnOnly 1 person Jannie has been helpful. Iu2019m not sure the doctors know how poorly this office staff runs this business but Iu2019m going to be moving my household to another doctor immediately.nnI canu2019t continue to go here and be just another payment and not a patient .

Casey Chisum, NP, is my favorite PCP provider of all time. She's friendly, empathetic and listens. You never feel rushed although she is super busy. The rest of the staff is kind, friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nguyen is my primary care doctor. Her staff are very professional, polite and friendly and puts you at ease. Her office is very clean and bright and gives you a warm welcome feeling when you walk through the door. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. She is smart, confident, and totally up to date with state-of-the-art medical technologies. She takes her time and never rushes through my appointments. She is empathetic, authentic, and caring. Most importantly, she listens to me and is understanding. She has kept me healthy for the last ten (10) years because she is always ahead of any health challenges I have had through these years. In fact, I drive 50 miles to see her for my appointments. I would highly recommend her and Conroe Family Doctoru2019s office to anyone in need of the best medical care.

Great place for health care. Everyone at this location is kind, thorough, efficient at their assigned job, professional and friendly. You can't go wrong. Great people and people who get the job done, for us, the patients. I also want to speak well of Michelle Hobbs, who has impressed me with a caring attitude. Ms. Hobbs has become the medical professional I count on because of her thoroughness, patience and great communication skills. I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Hobbs for your care.
