This is an affordable urgent care that is especially useful for people without insurance. The visit costs $80 in 2025, which is the lowest cost in the area. I was seen by Dr. Shih.(very friendly and informative). Best experience at a walk-in clinic I've ever had. Receptionists were professional and helpful, Doctor assistant was great also. I was only there half an hour and left feeling like my concerns were heard, and also appropriate treatment was obtained.Prompt Medical Care will be my go to clinic from now on, definitely would recommend to everyone.

My experience in this clinic was great & very helpful! Not only were the staff kind but also very professional and what made me more comfortable with them was that had a sign outside of the building that said Si habla espanol and that showed me that this clinic is dedicated to helping anyone in need, even if they don't speak English. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help getting better!
