The experience with the receptionist Dr Tyndall and his nurse Desiree is always excellent!! The billing dept is the worst since the beginning of last year 2024. Itu2019s evident that they have a new staff they do not know what they are doing I have been under billed, over billed, billed incorrectly and Nickolas has been trying his best to figure out whatu2019s going on so I give him credit for trying.nBring back the previous members that where in the billing dept!!!

I have been seeing Neurologist since I was 12 and I am now 55. Lea Bryan With Okla. Neurology Center is absolutely fabulous! She actually takes her time with each patient. She doesnu2019t double book like so many do now. You donu2019t wait in line for an interminably long amount of time. We might be waiting five minutes if that. She really cares about her patients and whatu2019s going on with them. She even called me From home one time because she Was concerned about me. When I was growing up, Drs did that they donu2019t do that anymore yet she did. Not only does Lea Take time with each patient, but she doesnu2019t leave until all of the patients questions have been answered and explained If need be. Sheu2019s very kind and gentle. She also does what she says sheu2019s gonna do and gets it done in quick fashion.. I know that seems rare nowadays for a doctor to actually do that, yet she does. I cannot give a higher recommendation for her than that. Iu2019ve recommended her to friends and family. You canu2019t go wrong using her. I also wanted to say that the receptionists And nurses are really sweet as well and are great at their jobs
