Been here with my family multiple times. The staff, nurses and doctors are always friendly and helpful. Yes, there are times that they get so busy that you may not be seen for an hour. That's just how it goes if a lot of people are there. We have had no negative experiences other than the frustration of having to wait. When there are not many people needing help, you will be seen super fast.

We were very pleased with the care provided us recently. Everyone involved exceeded our expectations. As expected, there was a wait, yet it was reasonable with how busy the clinic was. We appreciated the way the receptionist (Cherish) worked with us to allow us to register and wait in our car. We were alerted when a room became available allowing us to shield others from our illness and not be exposed to others. Randi (MA) was very thorough in getting a list of symptoms and other needed medical information. NP Krystal was courteous, had a calming and understanding demeanor and provided the care that was needed. Andru00e9a the x-ray technician was also very helpful in getting the needed x-rays. Thank you to all of the great team members for your wonderful care!

Quite simply the best/hardest working docs/staff and all ( sorry i dont know official titles).From the 1st step in the door, you get love. You can feel the i still care at this place. Walked in with dad he popped his shoulder out, the shit was literrally hanging. These 2 docs (bless there hearts) popped it back. Shit looked like a wrestling match, and it got popped back in. My dad is so grateful, (he's the 1 got me writing this). No bs, no fuss. The docs could have easily just referred him to ortho (you know), naw, these docs dont play. They'll fix ya, thats for damn sure. Oh, and the waiting room, i dont remember much of it, they called us in b4 we could sit down. In a world full of uncertainty and b.s., its good to know i can still show up to a hospital and actually get fixed. Kudos ladies, and i didnt forget bout you my guy, yeah the MA's get down too. Love you guys, thank you so much for the fix and peace of mind. Love received is Love given, I'll ride for these cats. U know!
