Love Wendy Parks! I was feeling terrible, went to see my doctor and he dismissed me saying I was,getting older and you should expect to feel worse as you age and decline. Went to see Wendy and she listened! I mean really listened and believed me. Ordered blood work. Fantastic diagnostician! She had me feeling better quickly!! 10/10. Highly recommend!!

I want to start off by saying Wendy L. Parks is amazing. The one star review is for the ladies working the desk. Never return phone calls and apparently do not know how to update information. Called to book an appointment and the lady who picked up laughed after I gave her my info and said she canu2019t book my appointment because apparently I no showed. Asked her what info did she have listed for me and it was the wrong info. Asked to speak with someone else, she laughed and sent me to a voicemail. Still waiting for a call back. Was super polite to the lady on the phone so Iu2019m not too sure what was funny.

I donu2019t take the time to leave reviews often unless I really love a place/person, or Iu2019m incredibly disappointed and want to warn people. This one is a warning, if youu2019re going through serious health issues and want a Dr. that genuinely cares and wants to help - donu2019t schedule with Dr. Ashlee Waugh. I was disappointed my first appt with her, as she hadnu2019t even looked at all of my prior lab results or act like she cared an ounce - but still tried slapping a diagnosis on my problems. She told me to find my test results I wanted her to see and sheu2019d return to the room to look at them and then she never returned. My 2nd visit was supposed to be yesterday as a video call. After waiting 45 mins, her office texted me saying to hold tight she was running late. After an hour they texted again saying she was having problems logging on and was unable. No phone call, no apologies, nothing. I asked for someone to call or email me with my new lab results then instead and still have heard nothing. Donu2019t waste your time like I did.

Wendy listened to all my complaints and it felt so great to have someone take me seriously! I always tell everyone that she saved my life. I was spiraling in health and she u201cfixedu201d me up. After my breast cancer diagnosis she was a supportive provider that I could trust to help me. LOVE her and Chris!
