I haven't even seen the doctor yet. It's been a year in the making. Never get a call back, EVER. All of this over a referral that I have had for MONTHS. It has taken this long to actually get a person to make the appointment. Completely RUDE and LAZY receptionist. Elaine on the other hand got things done, as it should ALWAYS be... Remember doctor's everywhere.... YOU HAVE NO JOB WITHOUT PATIENTS. I would give 0 stars but am giving 2.5 stars due to Elaine's salvaging. She should be getting 5 stars.

The office staff NEVER check their messages or return calls. I tried getting in touch with them for over 2 weeks, leaving over 5 messages, not one call back. Then sometimes Iu2019d get the message their mailbox is full and couldnu2019t leave a message. When I finally got in touch with a human-2 weeks later-I complained about them never returning calls and she was rude and asked why I didnu2019t stop in. I donu2019t need to stop in. Itu2019s your job to answer the phone and return calls. If my dad didnu2019t like Dr Mirza I would have said more to her.

What a place to start a business. Rude, Rude receponists. Don't hold up to what they say they will do. Wouldnt even take calls from Dr in Flagstaff to get information for scheduled surgery. Now what doctors office would ignore calls because they don't want to be bothered finding results to keep scheduled surgery. Wouldn't recommend anyone to them or those nasty receptionsts. To say I better laugh or I'll slap someone in the face Is not something to say where customers can here.
