I arrived at this Urgent Care at 3:55 p.m.u2014a full five minutes before their posted closing time of 4:00 p.m.u2014only to find the doors already locked but staff still inside. Itu2019s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be turned away when you're sick and made the effort to get there on time. If your hours say you're open until 4, you should be open until 4. Locking up early and leaving patients out front is not only unprofessional, itu2019s also just plain rude. Do better.

I realized I was going to need medical attention late in the afternoon and I almost postponed going to immediatecare, but I'm so glad I went. The staff was patient, kind and thorough even though it was near the end of their shift. I saw the doctor, was examined and got the results of my test. Website says they provide STD testing. Nurses say they provide it too, but doctor says no we don't. Also, spoke about unrelated chronic symptoms (headaches, diarrhea, sore throat) I've been having but the doctor only cared about the STD treatment and just refereed me to another hospital while just ignoring everything else. Don't go here if you don't want to waste hours of your time with poor physicians.

Just left and currently waiting at northwestern ER. Came with chest pain, shortness of breath, needing to use rescue inhaler every 4 hours and flu (son just tested positive). I had a high fever the night prior, chills, dizziness etc. the doctor an Asian woman came and listened to my lungs for barely 20 seconds. Said I had abnormal sounds and was prescribing 2 different steroids but no chest xray. Are you kidding me?! The exam itself was a joke. On the way out I questioned her again and she said I mean I can get a chest Xrayu2026. Like I had to talk her into it. Iu2019ll never come back here again and if I have pneumonia which I suspect I do Iu2019ll be calling billing because I will not pay for this visit.

I was seen by Physicianu2019s Assistant Marta Haight. She was extremely helpful in explaining causes for my ailment and proactive steps to try to minimize or eliminate its symptoms. I wish all physicians were this thorough. The front desk was efficient and friendly as always.
