Iu2019ve been burned twice by this place, there wonu2019t be a third chance.nnThey list 6:15 as the cutoff time for shipments. I dropped off my package and got a receipt thatu2019s shows 5:34pm for a next day air package.nnHowever, UPS tracking says u201cthe package was given to UPS after the cutoff timeu201d. This was 9:23pm.nnSo the package should have arrived on Friday, but instead arrived 4 days later on Tuesday due to weekend and holiday.nnFinally, they would not accept my packaging and charged me nearly $30 for their own u201claptop boxu201d, which they wouldnu2019t show me because they were busy.nnSo what should have been a free and quick process for me was anything but.nnNever again.

I really enjoy the friendly, fast and efficient service when I do business at UPS store in Dunedin, Florida. I could go to the post office and possibly save money but to me it's not worth it with all the traffic. I'm very happy with this store, the quality of the service you get and the prices are fair.

absolutely terrible service. paid 131.00 for two day air and it arrived several days too late. I was promised a refund but there is no accountability. the folks at the store say they have no idea and then the next time i go they say i will get a check from corporate in a week - this has gone on for over 2 months now - Also they never answer the phone and if you leave a message they will not call back - adding to the frustration is there are no numbers to call to complain at a corporate level. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Absolutely the WORST! They don't stick to their normal business hours so I had a package dropped off there by a carrier who was stupid enough to leave it at the door when they had left early for the day. That's $130.00 Christmas present that I never received. I drove over immediately and no surprise- it was gone. STAY OPEN IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING PACKAGES ON THE HOURS THAT YOU STATE ON YOUR SITE!!!!! Unacceptable.
