Doctor John was amazing! He was very caring and gave my daughter the care she needed. He definitely put our minds at ease and provided a professional, knowledgeable, and very sincere visit. Thank you very much for everything. As well, the medical assistant that took my daughters vitals, weight and height.. was very caring and listened to all our concerns. Also the front desk experience was great too . The receptionist was very helpful and got us help quickly.

My Grandson has an obvious skin (possible staph) infection. When presented to the Doctor she cringed and backed away. She grabbed a band-aid and said, u201cletu2019s cover that up.u201d No skin test or test of any kind. In all of 1-2 minutes advised us that an antibiotic would be prescribed and if it worsens to come back. I feel like some sort of testing should have happened right away. For possible MRSA or a little more care and concern would have been nice. Not even a diagnosis was given! She at least offered a couple of useful care instructions before disappearing out the door.nAlso, Iu2019d like to point out that the public restroom in the lobby is one of the most disgusting restrooms Iu2019ve seen in a long time. It smelled horrible, there was blood droplets on the floor, urine all over the toilet seat and floor. Floors were filthy, stains in toilet and sink. You can tell that no one has cleaned it this month or possibly longer. I just washed my hands and returned to the waiting room without using the facilities. I would not recommend this place for clean quality care. I will not be returning.

This place was friendly, quick and efficient. I was in town on vacation and got sick. They had the best reviews on google so I ended up choosing to go there. Good thing I did! From the front desk to the MA and the PA, everyone was so great! I was checked up on with all the general medical questions and an exam, got my diagnosis and the medications I needed and was on my way in less than 20 minutes!

I had a good experience at this urgent care. I made an appointment for the next day and was seen right away. Everything ran smoothly, front desk, rad tech and provider were great! Entire process took an hour which I thought was great for urgent care! They did seem a bit rushed but everything was quick and we were outta there in no time. I like that they do x-rays(they are limited on where) because some other urgent cares it's hit or miss.

You guys were awesome and the lady at the front and the lady who cleaned out my ear WERE AWESOME and so was the guy as well! Love it! You guys were so nice and friendly. Also the lady who cleaned my ear her hair was BEAUTIFUL!!! 10/10 recommend since someone with beautiful hair does a great job cleaning ears!
