Dealing with a five year old and a food allergy at 8pm on a Sunday while on a mini vacay is crazy!!!! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during a crazy situation. The doctor was gentle and friendly although we were the last people out the door. Iu2019m grateful for the kindness, genuine concern and compassion for my kiddo. We can now get back to the fun of our trip. Thanks all!

It has taken me some time to write this review as we are still dealing with the urgent issue for my 20 month old son and his infected toe. I noticed my sonu2019s toe was swollen like a balloon so we thought it would be best to take him to urgent care than wait until the AM to call his pediatrician. It was a Sunday and there was a little snowstorm (2/2/25) nothing major so we decided to call before heading there (itu2019s a 10 minute drive from our home). My husband called around 8:30ish and the front desk said they were open and never mentioned possibly closing early or asked anything about our urgent matter. So we get there around 9:15 as we needed to wake our son up out of bed, only for them to turn us away. They asked us if we had an appointment, mind you when my husband called they never mentioned an appointment. Also, isnu2019t urgent care something you arenu2019t anticipating so why does an appointment matter? And if an appointment was so important the woman on the phone should have mentioned that when my husband originally called. As we walked out infuriated they proceeded to ask if we wanted to make an appointment for the next day as my sonu2019s toe didnu2019t seem urgent enough for them to take him that evening. What made them think we would want to come back the next day? My husband and I were very disappointed and will never attempt to use this urgent care again. The snow wasnu2019t terrible and trust me we wouldnu2019t have dragged our toddler out when itu2019s snowing if we werenu2019t concerned. Iu2019ve always been hesitate about urgent care and they proved my every hesitation right! Thankfully we took our son to his pediatrician and he was put on antibiotics right away. His toe was infected and filled with pus. It was urgent and canu2019t believe we were turned away with a toddler especially that we called in advance.

It was my first experience with my son and I have to say that they were very welcoming, were very patience with us, they were very understandable and the best part of it that they took care of my baby very fast. I didnu2019t had to wait long for my sonu2019s turn. And the doctors and nurses are such loving persons. They treated my son as one of their own. Itu2019s a 100/100

Today I took my soon to be 10 year old son to PM urgent care. He has not been feeling well since last Thursday and today he had a fever.nI completed paperwork online, so check in was fast. We saw the nurse and doctor quick. His fever was 100, he tested negative for flu. The doctor was hesitant about running more test, but I insisted. I was disappointed that I was not told to give him Tylenol or anything after paying a $75 co-pay(especially since I overheard them telling another family to give their child Tylenol). I asked the nurse if I'm to check out at the front and she said yes.nI walked out and observed what seems to be two families at the front. The front desk staff (who I will not name) offered the older of the two children a snack. I thought this was nice. I stood aside waiting to be checked out as she asked the younger of the two if he wanted a snack then proceeded to give him the option to choose the snack he'd like. While the child was trying to decide, she let me know that I'm all set to go.nIt was unsettling that my child who is brown skinned was not offered snacks the same as the white children. I started to write a review, but thought it would be unfair to do so without first asking her why she didn't offer my child.nI called from my car and asked her and she stated that the family just came. I told her it was empty when I arrived so was there another reason. She stated that her colleague gave the older child a snack so she was giving the younger child a snack. I told her the snacks were there when we arrived, was there another reason. She stated she didn't thought to give my child a snack but he can get one if he want. Ma'am, we are not hungry. I wanted to point out your implicit bias. The owner needs to provide such training. Consistency needs to be across the board when working with the public.
