My Grandma was Recently in the ER for Chest pain. Her Nurse Melanie was incredibly knowledgeable with great bedside manner and I can tell she really has a compassionate heart taking care of others. Myself, my mom and my family appreciated the care we received while we were there. Most of the doctors were easy to speak with as well. We really felt heard and cared for especially with how sick my grandmom was. Thank you for all that you guys do, I know it's not easy and not always glorified but what you do Really matters to patients and their families at the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Will never come back! My girl friend had a stage 3 cancerous brain tumor removed 3 years ago at St. Mary's in Saginaw by a well known surgeon. She ended up having a seizure and crashed her car. She was carried to this dump for whatever reason. They took a ct scan then left her in the waiting room for 6 hours. I'm on her emergency contact list and they never contacted me! She had to contact me know when she came to, but didn't know she was in Flint. After calling every hospital from Lansing to Flint, I find her. When I arrived at the hospital, they left her in the rest room in the waiting room even after she pulled the emergency cord!!! The unprofessional nurse on duty told her to turn it off and then disappeared. I had to tell them to check on her. When they finally did their dang job, they found her on the floor and proceeded to treat he like a dang drug addict! The security guards were more helpful than these so called medical professionals! We will never ever ever recommend anyone to come here! Every one of you should be ashamed of yourselves! No wonder you have such a low review.

My boyfriend took me to the hospital yesterday. I had a seizure out in front of everybody. They didnu2019t even take me to another room. They made me so in the lobby for two hours. I was there for nine hours. Didnu2019t talk to the doctor once they took a pee sample and a blood sample put an IV in me. I told them it started hurting after an hour and a half of having the IV in me they told me to keep it in because theyu2019re gonna need to put more meds in me. Never did ended up having to take it out. I had to ask four times for them to take it out, and when I asked the nurse, he was super rude about it. He rolled his eyes at me. He ended up ripping everything off of me super fast. It hurts so bad And then he put the cotton pad not even on the injection spot. Iu2019ll try and put a photo if itu2019ll let me I sat there for nine hours. Didnu2019t even get any testing back. Didnu2019t not get my results. Didnu2019t even hear from the doctor. I was throwing up blood. They did not even care.

If I could give a rating of below zero, I would. This has been our go to for emergency my whole life. The last few times, I said I would not come back to this place. I recently had to bring an elderly family member, who showed signs of a heart attack. Arriving at 1:36, was seen for triage after an hour and at 5PM, still sitting in the waiting room. Nobody checks on you, nobody makes eye contact with you.nnThe cost of items in the vending machine are highway robbery. Make sure you bring a bag with something to drink and some snacks. Also, bring something to do cause it is a long wait.

Came in today because of brain swelling. This is not the first time I've been to the emergency room because of this situation. This is the first time I've been to the McLaren emergency room in Genesee county because of it this is the second five-star review that this emergency room has gotten from me the staff here is amazing! They're very very polite and they seem to love what they do? The nurse's name today is Jimmy and he is a great dude and he's very good at his job I highly recommend McLaren emergency room in Flint Michigan if you need emergency services
