Long wait for the front office to process everyoneu2019s paperwork, which substantially added to my wait time. 5 minute visit with provider, $225. Got the antibiotics I needed. Seemed expensive for a quick visit. Provider listened to my heart, lungs and checked ears. Thatu2019s it.

Just want to thank UrgentCare NW for taking such good care of me and my pretty significantly broken toe. They really worked hard to ensure I got the care I needed and saved me a trip to the ER!

Needed to see urgent care today but had a previous bill so could not be seen. After leaving, I called billing twice to ask for an explanation of the bill, surprised my insurance hadnu2019t paid it. No answer. I called the reception desk to ask for an explanation but was told to call billing, but that she was on vacation so I would need to call later. Reception said she was u201ctoo busy to explain my billu201d, could not tell me when billing would be back from vacation and hung up on me while I was asking for the second time when to call billing back. Who is in charge of hiring at the Astoria location. She was rude, impatient and had no interest in helping. Was she a temp? I do not recommend this location, at all. This is supposed to be health care. Felt more like a burnt out customer service rep.

DR Honey is the best. I took a fall and she helped me through the entire process. She is caring and made sure to even call me at home to make sure I had paperwork filled out for insurance. Other than the fact they are busy and have wait times I'd say this is the best urgent care I've ever been to!
