All the staff are friendly and kind hearted! They all go above and beyond to ensure we are all being seen and treated in a timely manner. Dr. Alexandra Banker is the best Doctor I have ever taken my girls to see! She has the best bed side manner and leaves no stone unturned while trying to solve our health concerns! I am very grateful there are Doctors like her still in the world making it a better place and keeping us all healthy! Thank you guy's for all of your hard work!!! You are all valued and appreciated by my family!!!

Again , this is the only doctors office I will go to because the people up here are sooo awesome! Got to meet Mr. Tripp for the first time today & WOW, ladies you are going to love him! u2764ufe0fnIf you are sick you definitely need to go here and see Mrs. Banker or Mr. Tripp. They are wonderful & they know what their doing when it comes to giving people great health care.. Also Mrs. Reneka at the front desk is Awesome!! She makes you feel welcome everytime you come in.. & the nurses in the back Mrs. Heather and Mrs. Amy are so caring & kind to me when I come in . All of these people make me feel like family. Would definitely recommend this doctors office to anyone!!!

After a long wait and only being able to see a nurse practitioner, my prescriptions werenu2019t sent correctly. Itu2019s impossible to speak anyone there just a lot of call shuffling by the answering system. I left a message and still hadnu2019t received a call back the next day. When I finally managed to speak to a nurse and explain what happened she replied firmly u201cI didnu2019t work yesterday.u201d If youu2019re looking for a donu2019t care attitude towards customers, this is your place.

Went today after 4 days of worsening viral illness and to get flu and COVID tests. Triage nurse was very kind, thorough, and efficient. Monyetta, the NP who treated me, was also extremely professional, kind, and thorough. Prescriptions sent to my pharmacy as promised. I have always been pleased with the clinical services my family and I receive here.

Great, fast, friendly care in a comfortable, roomy environment whether it's in the waiting room or back in one of the patient rooms. I use them as my PCP because of the later hours than other offices and I love Erin Harrington. She's the best!
