WARNING: Money is the first priority, not the patient. I wish I could give 0 stars.nnI made an appointment with Dr. T to have a concern addressed. I went in and the nursing staff was amazing. However, that is where the good ended. Dr. T did no physical exam and took my word for my symptoms. I knew I would need a procedure but was given one without any other tests or exam first. I was then taken to scheduling to figure out co-pays and dates. The first available with Dr. T was not for several months, but Dr. Ramesh had availability 2 months late. I booked it. For the procedure, I had a co-pay to the Dr., a procedure fee to the surgery center and then the office called asking for another co-pay. I asked for an explination on that one and they backtracked.nnOn the day of the procedure, I am called by the center asking to come in early and then was still taken after my original appointment time. The Dr did not come to see me prior to or after the procedure. They brought in medical students who were basically standing in a corner with no explination. I was not told they were administering the anesthesia and just went to sleep.nnWoke up fine and given the results, went home to rest. The follow up was scheduled for 2 weeks later and they called to cancel my appointment 10 minutes before as I pulled into the parking lot. They asked if I could come in later and I could not take anymore time off. I asked if they could do telehealth or a phone call and they said they would ask the DR. These calls and requests went on every single day for 8 days with no reponse besides, we will ask the Dr. I finally went in and asked for my results to be printed. The Dr. wanted me to come in, with the 0 hours of PTO I had left, just to collect a co-pay. They never called after the procedure or for follow ups. They do not care about you, they only care about themselves and their money. They treat you with no respect or courtesy.nnI had to start over with a new Dr who used the results to help me, they had never heard of these things being done to a patient.nnDO NOT COME HERE.nnAlso, the building is old and run down- needs to be deep cleaned and updated.

Even though Dr Seela Ramesh is a great doctor and very thorough. The office stuff does not know their jobs. I drove over an hour for my appointment to get there and they say it was canceled and never called me ahead of time. This isnu2019t the first time I had an appointment shown up and they say it was cancelled. Also whenever I tried to call office they never answer.

I wish itu2019s possible to give -0 stars cuz this experience is has been that to say the least This has got to be one of the WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER GOTTEN CARE at!!!!! Iu2019m supposed to be scheduling a colonoscopy and Iu2019m DOING ALL THE WORK I DONT KNOW NO TIME u2026.NO NOTHINGu2026. Iu2019m calling telling them to call me back and no response Iu2019m about to cancel this whole thing and go some where else this donu2019t make no sense

Iu2019m so happy to have discovered the gastroenterology clinic. Dr. Shora has help me improve my gastrointestinal significantly and provided me with valuable information to improve my health.nnI must also praise her office assistant Luis for going above and beyond his call of duty in locating a very important document for my annual appointment. Luis prevented from having my appointment being rescheduled for 2nd time in a row & having me wait weeks before seeing my doctor, And this was done on Friday afternoon when the office was about to close. Luis is a very caring office assistant and represents the Gastrointestinal Institute as heu2019s pro patient health. I wish him all the best as he has a bright future ahead!
