I took my son to this place while we were on vacation for spring school break a few days ago. He had minor sinus infection going on from home. Whole staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, great bed side manner, welcoming, warm and on point. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I am in the area and need medical attention, I would definitely go there again and again. Hours are great, open till 10 pm. Most places don't, so makes it very convenient. Shout out to 10 to 10 Urgent Care's staff

Injured my knee and I was not willing go to wait in an ER for hours. I called 10 to 10 Urgent Care asked the wait time, they said 20 mins so I decided to go there. I arrived to a very efficient check in process and a very friendly nurse helping me with the paperwork. I waited 5 mins and was taken back. I was immediately seen by the PA, then xray, then wrapped up and sent on my way with instructions to follow up with an Orthopedic Doctor. The Nurses were great, the Dr was friendly and knowledgeable. They were exactly what I needed to stabilize my knee before I could seek care the following day. There was no need for me to go to an ER. 10 to 10 Urgent care is great. I will certainly go here again for acute care when needed to avoid an ER visit. I highly recommend them.

The worst bed side manner ever! We had an issue with our insurance and couldn't get an appt with our regular pediatrician so we went to 10 to 10 Urgent Care. The PA-C we saw spent more time bad mouthing our regular pediatrician than trying to figure out what was wrong with my daughter. We ended up walking out. I will never recommend or go back there again.

Worse walk in experience ever. When most think of Dr's offices or clinics, they think of highly intelligent individuals that care about the patients and the problem. The PA couldn't properly diagnose me and ended upnIssuing a RX for antibiotics when we had no idea what the issue is and the office manager couldn't answer questions properly as to why my wishes as a patient were blatantly ignored...It's less risky to play Russian roulette then to see James. Staff looked unkempt, rushed, and overly stressed. Next time I'll just have some Advil and save a copay and although I can't issue medical advice here, it might work for you.

Unimpressed. Arrived at 11:20 - no one here for treatment. 30 minutes later PA showed up. PA spent two minutes with me. Left. Did not listen to my issues with antibiotics nor did he ask except for allergies. Came back with something that does not work for me. When I told them would work for me, they would not give me a script for it and told me to call in a few days if I was not better.nnBedside manner, none. PA mumbled. Nurse person was ok.
