Worst urgent care experience ever. I went to Exer Urgent Care not knowing how their process works, and I left completely disappointed. They charged me without properly explaining anything or letting me know upfront that they werenu2019t equipped to handle my issue.nnThe doctor was the worst part u2014 instead of helping, he seemed more panicked than I was. If a doctor canu2019t stay calm, how are they supposed to take care of patients? He didnu2019t bother to examine me properly, and only at the very end did he briefly place his stethoscope on my body without any real care. It felt rushed and careless.nnThe nurse wasnu2019t compassionate either. Urgent care should be a place where patients are treated with empathy, especially when theyu2019re confused or in distress. Nobody asked the right questions or took the time to understand if I even needed to be there. It felt like a place focused more on billing than healing.nnI do not recommend this clinic at all. Please train your staff to communicate better, be more empathetic, and actually care for the people who walk through your doors.

Thank you for the best urgent care experience I've ever had. I was seen right away, evaluated and sent to a more equipped facility where they whisked me into xray and I was diagnosed and supplied with everything I need in under 30 min. The entire experience was under 2 hours and my pain went from 7 to 1 thanks to Dr. Waters and the entire team!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to warn others. From the outset, it was clear that this was not a patient-friendly environment. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that my girlfriend was not allowed to accompany me into the examination roomu2014something I've never encountered at a doctor's office before.nnAfter undergoing some tests, I found the doctor William Dunne to be dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my serious symptoms, including persistent vomiting and severe abdominal pain, he essentially brushed off my concerns, suggesting I was overreacting to what he labeled a common stomach bug. He barely examined me and seemed more interested in getting me out of the room than in providing proper care. I had to specifically request nausea medication, as he was ready to send me away without offering any help.nnIt was evident that the doctor lacked compassion and a genuine interest in his patients' well-being. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I want to ensure that others are aware of my experience, so they can make informed choices about their healthcare. Please consider other options before visiting this office.

As the last patient of the day, I feel that I got quality care from beginning to end. At the desk and the nurse who took my vitals - every one was kind and caring. No one was rushing off; even Dr. Mansoori was happy to switch my Rx to a 24 hour pharmacy before she left. Best Exer experience to date!

Had the worst experience here. I used to like this urgent care but the doctor is so dismissive and terrified me that I had a terrible chronic condition based on 1-2 symptoms. I cried the whole night and spoke to other doctors who said it was very unethical and wrong of him to tell me I most likely had this condition based on my symptoms which could have been multiple other things. I did NOT have that condition after all, even though he told me thatu2019s probably the only thing it could be. He was also extremely dismissive about my residual symptoms from a virus I was recovering from and kept telling me that I just had allergies. I told him I had gone to multiple ENTu2019s and allergists and got FULL allergy testing and was allergic to nothing and absolutely DID NOT have allergies. He continued to force his allergy theory and said to take nasal spray and Zyrtec, even when I told him those donu2019t work and have been ruled out. So arrogant, just ignoring anything that doesnu2019t agree with his theory. I am DISGUSTED. He was just in a rush to leave and give me a blanket diagnosis and walk out, didnu2019t even check my ears for the pain and pressure I was feeling and I had to ask him to check my ears and throat. Worst experience ever, I will NEVER come back here. To these doctors we are just a number, I was not treated like a human being, I was made to think that I had a horrible illness despite him having zero evidence, which was traumatic and left me emotionally distraught. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
